Short of a year, Chad Van Horn and his positive outlook on the profession drew me to work here.

The smile on my clients face when we present them the offer we vigorously fought for!

Paris, France. The monuments and museums blew me away!
Q: Where did your career start, and how did you get to where you are today?
My career started with a small firm who gave me the proper leadership and guidance to succeed in today’s day and age. My success was a clear reflection of the enthusiasm and effort given to every client I engage with. If you give me 1% of your trust and I will earn the other 99%.
Q: What is one thing about your job people don’t expect or know about and hear about?
We actually create strong relationships with our clients and the companies going after them to be the liaison between the resolution. All parties must be happy to obtain a fruitful result.
Q: What are some of the biggest challenges that come with working in your industry?
Dealing with debt collectors who at times set aside their morals and compassion for the benefit of their employer.
