Van Horn Law Group, P.A., Opens Three South Florida Offices

Van Horn Law Group, P.A., the largest bankruptcy firm in Broward County based on total cases filed in the past 12 months (Pacer.gov), is expanding its reach in South Florida by opening three satellite offices.   In addition to its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale and office in West Palm Beach, the firm recently opened satellite offices in:

  • Doral at 9600 NW 25th Street, Suite 2A
  • North Miami at 12550 Biscayne Boulevard., Suite 800
  • Miramar at 3350 SW 148th Avenue, Suite 110

“Our goal is to reach more people who are overwhelmed by debt with affordable, effective legal services,” said Chad Van Horn, founding partner attorney at Van Horn Law Group. “In this current economic environment, we see more and more people who need help sorting through their financial issues than ever before.  By expanding further south, we hope to help more individuals in need.”

Van Horn and his team are committed to helping individuals and businesses by providing first-rate, affordable legal services with compassion, understanding and respect.  The firm’s practice areas include personal and corporate bankruptcy, student loan consolidation and litigation, estate planning/asset protection, LGBT estate planning/asset protection, foreclosure defense, corporate representation, debt consolidation, civil litigation, debt relief, and consumer law.

Van Horn, who graduated from Pittsburgh’s Robert Morris University with a B.S. in Business Management, discovered his niche in bankruptcy while working as a clerk for a bankruptcy law firm during the day and pursuing a law degree at night.  He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2009 and founded his bankruptcy firm shortly thereafter.  Van Horn is the author of The Debt Life, an Amazon bestseller within 24 hours of going on sale, which illustrates effective solutions to help individuals and businesses find their way beyond “the debt life” and into financial solvency, and Everything You Need to Know About Bankruptcy in Florida, an overview of bankruptcy options for those in considerable debt.
