MEET MARTHA ANNETTE CAYO, OFFICE MANAGER

Q: What are you listening to/reading these days?

A: I listen to Spanish music, I love to read paranormal novels.

Q: What has been your most rewarding experience at Van Horn Law Group

A: The benefits the company offers.

Q: How long have you been at Van Horn Law Group?

A: 5 1/2 years.

Q: How do you define success?

A: Accomplish your goals and be the best at what you do.

Q: What sets your firm apart from other firms?

A: We have an amazing team!

Q: What does true leadership mean to you?

A: Be able to lead your team in the right direction towards success.

Q: What would you like to be your greatest accomplishment?

A: To know and be the best at what I do.

Q: If you could eat lunch with someone famous, who would it be?

A: Johnny Depp.

Q: What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?

A: My family.

Q: What is the greatest challenge you have had to overcome in your life thus far?

A: Relocating with children.

Q: What is your greatest fear?

A: I’m claustrophobic.

Q: Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why? 

A: Vegas! Soooo much fun!

Q: What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?

A: Walmart cashier.

Q: Where did your career start, and how did you get to where you are today?

A: It started as a receptionist. I got to where am at today by working hard and proving my worth.

Q: What is your most satisfying professional accomplishment?

A: Not there yet, still have to accomplish many goals.

Q: If you could go back in time, what would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

A: Plan my career.

Q: What is an item on your “bucket list”?

A: Travel.

Q: If you could have any job other than your own, what would it be?

A: Homicide Detective.

Q: If you had one extra hour in each day, what would you do with it?

A: Think and relax.

Q: What three traits define you?

A: Loyal, funny, listener.
